Jeff Cavins We are so excited about our new study: Walking Toward Eternity: Making Choices For Today.
Walking Toward Eternity is a new and unique series designed to help you live your faith more fully by developing and nurturing characteristics that are essential to the Christian life. Through daily prayer and meditation with Scripture (lectio divina), you will be drawn into an intimate and life-changing encounter with Christ.
Daring to Walk the Walk, the first study in the Walking Toward Eternity series, introduces you to seven key virtues and outlines practical steps for living them out in your life.
At the end of each session, you will come to the point of change as you ask the Lord three keys questions:
1. What are you asking of me Lord?
2. What specifically do you want me to do?
3. When?
This study is about encountering the one who can really change you. To Learn more click here.

I just finished this study at Transfiguration Parish in Oakdale, MN. It is the 4th study I have done by Jeff Cavins, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a different kind of experience then studying a book from the Bible. It is very personal, and teaches very practical ways to walk more closely with Christ. I learned how to pray the scriptures, a new concept for me, and now I am so excited to read scripture each day! Jeff addresses real life issues in his talks...so appllicable to daily life. I hated for this study to end!
Hello Jeff:
I am on a committee to plan events in our parish for the Fortnight of Freedom. I am hoping you may have ideas/resources for me to help instructionally or otherwise. I am looking through good youtube videos.
I know we will need concise info to capture audience attention and get them good answers.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
(P.S.--Just finished BIble Timeline Greta Adventure. Thank you so much!
My 21 year old !daughter will facilitate the one for teens this summer!)
Mr. Cavins! I am very excited about this study. About 12 years ago my mother died after a 2 year bout with Colon Cancer. She raised us Catholic and always seemed religious and faithful; but, throught the process of her death, I learned that her faith was very weak. Her death and suffering were horrible and she clung to this world and did not let go until her body could no longer hang on. She was afraid to die. A few weeks after her death, my sister and I were walking and discussing how we felt spiritually dry and how we didn't even feel like praying. We had just been through a horrible ordeal; but we were concerned about our "spriitual dryness". It was at that moment that I realized what my problem was. It was that I thought my mother was full of faith and that at the time when her faith should have been most evident, it was not. At that moment, I turned to my sister and told her that I would live the rest of my life getting ready to die! At the moment of my death, though I may be afraid of the physical suffering, I want to be ready and even anticipate my death. Five years after my mother's death, my mother-in-law died of a stroke. Watching her cross over was a completely different experience. She welcomed her physicial death and anticipated her NEW LIFE!!!!!!
Good morning Jeff! I am so grateful for the opportunity to be participate in both Walking to Eternity sessions in Chanhassen. Thank you for your help in opening my heart to God. I was told last night that I could purchase the audio of the sessions, but I can't find where to purchase. Can someone please send me the link to purchase? Thank you so much!!
